Shipping from Canada is not the same as Canadian origin.
Pokémon TCG products may be manufactured outside Canada. Preferential CUSMA/T-MEC treatment applies only when the goods meet the applicable origin rules; it is never assumed simply because the order ships from Canada.
Unless a written quote explicitly says otherwise, the buyer is responsible for destination-country duties, import taxes, brokerage, permits, and local compliance. Delivery estimates can change if customs requests more information.
